All items listed here will go into full effect on January 1st 2013.
New department:
Due to the increase in client base and accounts receivable, we have created a billing department to address all billing and financing related issues. Brittany Gilmore is the billing department contact and will be available on a flexible part-time basis to assist with billing related questions. Billing and Invoicing:
We have been experiencing an increase of unpaid invoices, even for clients with excellent prior payment histories. This situation is severely jeopardizing our ability to pay our bills and payroll. A reduction in our workforce will result in longer wait times to service our clients. We understand the difficulties of this economy and are also anxiously waiting for things to turn around. In response to this situation, on January 1st 2013, we will be implementing a pre-pay arrangement for all services requested. We appreciate our existing clients who continue to pay their bills on time; however this new billing system must apply universally to avoid confusion in our office as to each account’s status.
Invoicing will continue to be sent on the 5th day of each month and will show your opening credit balance and each charge that was incurred during the month. Your suggested budget amount will be shown at the bottom, which can be submitted for payment – though the amount sent is entirely up to you. Work requests will continue to be addressed for your account while a credit balance exists. Once your entire credit has been used, all work will be paused until additional funds are added to your account balance. You can monitor your account at any time by logging into your 1on1 Business Control Panel by visiting: www.1on1business.com and clicking the “Client Login” link in the search box in the top right. If you do not have your login and password, give us a call and we will get you setup. |

New Hosting and licensing arrangements: Hosting fees for non AllProWebTools installs will not be changed. Monthly fees for AllProWebTools installations will be as follows:
Hosting will no longer be included on 1on1 Business invoicing and will be managed separately through your AllProWebTools console. You can save $5 / month by entering a credit card for auto billing of your hosting and usage fees (such as email marketing overages, hard drive storage, and bandwidth overages) through your Console. As we continue to grow this will simplify the billing arrangement and allow you to better control your account. |

New Work Request System: A new feature has been added to the 1on1 Business Client Control Panel. On the bottom left hand side is a new link called “Work Request”. Website related work requests will no longer be accepted at our email address. Work requests and related materials will now be accepted, quoted, and tracked through this new work request system. This new system has been developed to increase efficiency and accountability by providing one central location to track all work requests. After submitting your work request, a response will be sent to you, itemizing the costs and timeframe involved in completing the request. You will have an opportunity to accept or deny the quote. The system will allow for direct correspondence with the development team and complete visibility of their notes and amount of time worked for each item in the request. |

Discontinued products:
All Hosting packages that include design time will be discontinued on December 31, 2012. These packages will be converted to the new AllProWebTools hosting and licensing arrangement.
AllProWebTools Mandatory Updates:
Beginning in December 2012, all users of the AllProWebTools online productivity software will be upgraded to a minimum of version 2.51. This upgrade will increase efficiency and usability, and will add an array of new features. Although there will be a learning curve while exploring the new interface, we are sure all will be pleased with the new design.
